I've just completed the chapter "The Spiritual Benefits of Praying". That's brilliant and I'd recommend it.

Sometimes a book is superb because it's the simple and clear stuff, and you don't learn a single thing, which means there's nothing to distract you from focusing on what you already know and seeing the gaps in how you've applied it.
