He mentions Marianne Williamson‘s inspired words about fear. “It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. “We have so much light to bring, why are we allowing Satan to convince us not to share that light?

Chapter 12 outlines the human behavior chart: similar to CTFAR that I learned from the life coach school. A Buddhist philosophy that the events or circumstances are neutral u til we attach thought and interpretations to them. So good!

Chapter 11 was so insightful. Remembering that we are not our thoughts and that Satan is trying everything he can to believe the lies he feeds us. I like Deatons advice about how to detect those thoughts/lies and what to do about it.
