The book is long but I’m interested enough to keep going. They are a very cute couple.

The book keeps revolving around his trauma to give his character depth I guess but jeez it was over 10 years ago. His sister disappeared for a few minutes in a carnival after getting abducted me that’s it the issue. The issue is THEY NEVER OPENLY TALKED ABT IT SO HE THOUGHT she got raped or smth and carried the guilt for years. Turns out she was just told to stay in a room for a bit…ugh

They keep saying him asking for consent is sexy. Bro is starting to be a turn off. He asks every 2 seconds. Birch she said yes a hundred times gosh

This book slightly reminds me of Wattpad. Something I might have appreciated 10 years ago. So far, nothing is happening between MC so it’s kind of dragging on and I don’t consider this a buildup either.
