Part 1 was a tough but important read, emotionally speaking. Part 2 has been a lot more fun thus far. Both have been fascinating

god i can finally breathe again— getting through that middle chunk of “here’s all that COULD go wrong” felt like a fucking marathon…but now i get the reward of “everything that can go right, and how to get there” !! PHEW! 🙃

Very affirming book that considers and even celebrates a variety of perspectives and experiences. I like that the author continues to remind the reader to look inward to what works for them and their partner(s). While impressive, the section on attachment almost overshadows the rest of the book.
