We didn’t get assigned Part Five for this book, so I didn’t get to read it until now. The last part of this book was basically all about application and what leaders can do to implement genuine happiness and wellness metrics into their leadership. I’ve always found application helpful, and Clifton certainly is helpful here. I totally thought I had more book left to read but I’m actually done (lol).

Parts 3 and 4 were both seriously so good. Both parts inspired me to think about what the real issues may be with our world, how they can be addressed through modes such as statistics or economics, and also how I as a college student can prepare myself to have a job someday that will boost my wellbeing rather than one that will lead me to suffer. I've already decided this book gets 5 stars, but lemme finish first.

This section of the book was all about addressing the need to measure happiness and wellbeing around the world, and it was very insightful. Happiness is such a subjective term, and judging how to quantify it for the purposes of political polling is convincing me how essential it is to measure. I am beginning to wish I knew about wellness polls and behavioral economics sooner!
