This is an odd book. It’s got a fairly interesting antagonist faction and an interesting resolution. Some of the book especially the action is kind numbingly dull, even by the standard of this series.

But what elevates this book over many of its more superficial and crappy peers is unlike them this actually does provide some really good insight into the titular primarch and for that it just creeps to a 4*
