Can Achilles truly trust anyone at this point? Or is all lost in the rage of war? And if she does win, what will it cost her?

A hundred pages left. And Achilles succumbs to wrath and rage, but in a different way. Can she do the impossible?

Okay, a lot has happened here. Honestly I'm not sure what recent event has surprised me the most. And Neoptolemos is a fitting name. (IYKYK)

Looks like talking to dolphins isn't all it's cracked up to be. But there are still surprises. I almost feared that the middle part was going to be slowed down to the point of being painful, but it turns out I was wrong. Achilles's vision of Kiya and Nefertiti is rather surprising. But how did she gather the truth about Nefertiti just from that one vision alone?

I thought the cattle Achilles and her friends raided might have been scared to Apollo, yet there seems to be no indication of that being the case. And as the war continues, the plot thickens! Surprisingly enough, Anyasha isn't dead. Not yet anyway. But what exactly was Helen doing with the "kiss of sleep"? What is her real goal?

Okay, Iphianassa's warnings are unnerving in more ways than one. And as Achilles and her friends begin their conquest of Assuwa & the Hittite Empire, the conflict is already intensifying after one battle. Will Anyasha be the bane of Achilles?

So it seems this sideros blade has quite the origin. And that Hera's blessing is widely felt among Agamemnon and his present allies. But why would Athena tell Achilles not to trust one of her own relatives? Hmmm. Well, I'm about a quarter of the way through the book, and I am loving it so far!
