I love Lisa but I fear this one is making me depressed and cynical, and I’m single so I really don’t need any more of this otherwise I’m never going to find someone

I will say the language in this book is really beautiful, so I feel forced to connect with the narrator despite my lack of a shared perspective. All of these narrators seem to despise themselves and other women especially, and right now it doesn't seem to be making any kind of point, it sounds like Taddeo feels that this is a version of saying what every woman is thinking, which I feel is not the case!

I actually hate this book. DNF bye bye
