I really want to try loving caring criticism, like okay I don’t like xy&z about myself and go forward to make changes based on loving myself rather than being angry and ashamed.

I like the way she highlights telling lies in relation to how our ancestors used them as necessities to survive. How even though we all value truth and the phrase “the truth will set you free”, but we as a community are still afraid and ashamed of our truths, yet truth and honoring the heart are the only path to healing.
