I'm afraid to say I gave up- I just couldn't work with this book, I had a lot of high hopes for it but I suppose, almost 24 years on its now safe to say it's rather dated. While the ideas and concepts are interesting, I have found easier ways of practicing some of the meditations in this book.

It's a very good book and I'm really not doubting that, however I feel it's just not for me.
