A no-nonsense, practical look at harm reduction from the people on the frontlines of the movement. Very educational, made me think and question a lot.

- scathing critique of how public health and social work have co-opted harm reduction without due credit, effectively erasing its BIPOC, queer, sex trade/sex work/street economy history. At times, difficult to read because I have to work to put aside my own defensiveness
- some sections are repetitive. I have to read more, but thus far i feel like this could have been an essay
