the neg review re transcripts from actual therapy sessions is true but i found this intriguing and enjoyable discovery. what i did not enjoy was the self analysis chapters at end...it was unnecessary and felt to me the author way of cont self absorbtion.

i’m starting to think i should really go back to therapy i think it could be really beneficial for me! it’s inspiring to see how much you can change your mindset
