I started this book in a gingerly fashion with doubts about whether I would like the Letters (I am a great lover of letters!) and slowly and gradually I have found this absolutely sublime work of a man who has gradually turned into a proper fulfilled individual (despite being a kind of invalid), who took until the age of thirty-one to discover his true self and his vocation in life. A masterpiece.
