Fascinating so far, love the descriptions of magical Hollywood and that the fae became Hollywood elite lol. Also liking all the diversity of people but where is Jewish rep??

I am fully invested, and this book is peak. It's great seeing Luli grow, and be more flashed out as the story goes on. It was also nice to see Greta get a sort of happy ending. Also I am curious about what Oberlin Wolfe had ro give up to get his company, so much so that he is barely even human.

Brant seems fun, and Greta grows on me as a character as the novel goes on. Luli Wei also grows on me, though I notice she is very ambitious.

This book feels like its gives owl house vibes, like with the smiling moon. I also think this story does a great job in demonstrating its premise of monster Hollywood, with all the different creatures. Also, the executive who continuously shrugs off multiple layers of skin is a great representation of personality layers, and just plain creepy. I also like Luly Wei the more the story goes on.

I find Oberlin Wolfes design interesting, he reminds me of emporer belos from the owl house. He has a human body that looks slightly off, but his true form is no longer human. It has a root like body, and no light or movement in his pupils. Also the friend from Sweden the main character meets is a breath of fresh air, who seems genuine.
