Status Updates From Night Sector (V-Clan, #2)

i’m so sad i’m about to finish it. it’s so good and I adore how the author writes internal conflict. a pattern I see is the collaboration between sectors—not just competition or the heavy angst arcs with family betrayal, etc. it’s beautiful to see positive relationships with authority.

So much telling and not showing. So repetitive too

First third of the book was a little repetitive because it’s basically a different POV on the exact same situation and story in the first book. Would’ve liked a little more interest than just a change of scenery and details about the tech and location. Like how does the magic work?
If you love, a really, really, really stubborn couple who are faded mates, but fight at the entire way, then you’ll love this book
