So wait…before she left for the Demon King quest, she hadn’t fought a demon for 500 YEARS. SO is that 500 years since Flamme’s passing?! Or just simply 500 since she fought a demon?? Also what was she doing for 500 years?? How old is Frieren?!

You know…these barriers seem to be a bit of a common theme. And they are usually in reference to Flamme. I wounded is the hero sword was placed by Flamme. She would have traveled that way anyways to get to “heaven.” I wonder if Flamme (doing her best to remain in obscurity) was misconstrued as a goddess at one point? And that’s why Frieren doesn’t believe in the goddess.

Just occurred to me that in both anime and manga thus far we don’t really know or Frieren’s life before Flamme. We don’t know how old she truly is. We don’t even really know why the demon king wanted the elves eliminated. I have so many questions.
