Status Updates From Mastering Copperplate Calli...

Starting group 1 to group 3 connection practice. I almost prefer this book to cursive studies in Write Now, but that may be due to the fact that this isn’t the running hand. This is slower and thus controlled specifically. Cursive feels difficult to control, especially with wet or broad writers fountain pens.

Basic strokes and group 1 letters looking good but need more practice for better proportions.

Nice step by step instructions, though.

Learning capital letters now… so far I’ve got ABCDEF

Learned the minuscule alphabet and can string sentences together!
