I feel bad for saying this considering everything she’s gone through, but Yui is just so annoying. Girl, you don’t love Tamahome. You just think he’s hot. You met him ONCE.

I don’t really know what’s going to happen once Miaka finds all seven of the Celestial Warriors. Mostly because the plot thus far has consisted of Tamahome and Hotohori throwing themselves at Maika. (But honestly, haven’t we all wished that fantasy men would throw themselves at us?)

It's been over a decade and Tasuki is still my favorite. But also I am still baffled at Yui's reasoning for hating Miaka.

Of course my hold on this volume shows up after I gave up and read volumes 3-6 the other day. Oh well, still reading it!
