Status Updates From Inferno

haven't read this since college i think but i've been meaning to ever since i read the extraordinarily unimpressive 'katabasis' & finally just grabbed it off the bookshelf to start. part of a collected edition of all three books but i don't intend to read them all in one go, so. anyway from the introduction today i learned that according to the bible the sun & (presumably) the earth are both aries signs. who knew!

Reading this at the same time as Augustine. I recall reading excerpts in AP English, but I wanted to refresh myself. This has also required slow meandering between the lines. I normally read 6 pages (two column small print!!!) at a time… Sometimes while I’m lying in the Denver intense UV, in my own sort of Inferno
