Finished summer. I'm enjoying the way the author allows 'random stuff' to serve as prayer triggers!

The chapter on milkweed and monarch butterflies 🦋 is awesome!!

This is a fascinating 'prayer journal' of sorts. Sarah shares the things in nature or her environment that remind her of God's love, provision, protection, etc. Along with an actual prayer and a couple of reflection questions. And it's seasonal. So far, I've been through winter and am almost at the end of spring.

Perspective shifting is fascinating and usually necessary for growth. I like the way the author has learned to accept interruption in her plans as opportunities to pause and appreciate God's gifts.
