Curious how eagerly Collins uses "white male" as a pejorative and criticizes black-white wealth disparities, yet is silent on the issue of Jewish wealth concentration. Wealth in the hands of white men is an issue in need of remedy, but even greater concentrations by Jews are unworthy of comment??? What's up with that?

Book takes an interesting look at the 9.9% of the people at the top of the income ladder in the US. They are seen as enabling the .1% at the top while the 90% have lost economic position in recent decades. The 9.9% have maintained their position of wealth and status. This is a economic division in the ladder that I have not commonly thought about.

I am not wealthy, but I did inherit $1 million when my father died in 2016. More than half of that was immediately re-distributed to friends and family of my father as he directed in his will. I donated over $250,000 to substitute for the federal income taxes that I resisted due to outrageous military spending. I now owe the IRS over $300,000 and “hide” my assets as carefully as possible to protect them.

This is not the first book by Chuck Collins that I have listened to but it may be the most hard hitting that I have experienced to date. Chuck talks about his early experiences in the 1980s with inherited wealth personally. He talks about transferring an unspecified amount of inheritance to unspecified foundations, and then he goes on to berate people who do similar things for less noble goals in his estimation.
