Status Updates From Role Playing

Really enjoyed this one. A very digestible read, tackled a range of different subjects without ever feeling preachy or bogged down. Loved both Aiden and Maggie as characters. My one gripe is the ending felt like I blinked and it happened, I’d have loved to languish with Bogwitch & Otter for just a little longer.

Read a little bit of this again last night. Haven't picked it up since late September or early October. Reading this after that gap was so jarring. I forgot how much I don't like the writing in this. I should have known that modern romance would be horrible 3 This is like peak covid writing. The internet jargon completely takes me out of it. Also I hate reading chat logs !!!! But FMC & MMC are getting friendlier

honestly at this point i just don't believe there's a way for a fiction book to introduce or discuss anything lgbt+ related without being really awkward, fake-sounding, and corny. i can SEE the author grabbing the mic from Maggie right now
