Writing technique I noticed here and in “the Viking” by Carrie Cotten: book seems to make a full circle with beginning and end, with some of the characters repeating actions of their parents or their younger selves, but this time with a happy ending. makes a good resolution/ satisfying ending for the book.

I’m really liking it so far! The author makes the dual timeline work so well. However, it feels like the story with Henry is unresolved and I hope the book (or future books) explain more on that. I wonder if he also has the two-timelines ability?✨😏 probably not though.

Why did I not read this sooner ?!?
