Status Updates From The Long Way Back

Okay wow! This book is broken down into parts from different character’s perspectives. I’ll be honest the first part is very much a build with a small twist at the end to catch your attention. The second part is when it gets really interesting! I mean wow the twists that come to play in part two is crazy! I’m definitely invested now. Part three has also proven quite entertaining!

Now that there’s been a twist introduced it’s getting more interesting. There’s a lot of social media context in this book and I’m not sure that’s the type of reading vibe I enjoy. I’m interested to see where this goes though!

I enjoyed Nicole Baart’s “Where He Left Me” so I’m giving this one a go! I’ve found it a little harder to put myself in this story line since it’s a mother daughter idea and I’ve yet to have kids. It has still been interesting though and I’m eager to see where the build up takes me!
