Sherry Thomas is the shit! Great balance of manipulative characters who engage in lots of game-playing without straying into the realm of true brutality. Good flirtation and the whole Anne Boleyn-Henry VIII dynamic with the lust and refusal to act on it. Really like this a lot.

To me her writing is nothing less than scripture.... Each sentene...each paragraph is beautiful and so expressive of true emotions of people in love

I wish this book was more explicit. Sex and innuendo is such an integral part of their battle of wills but the descriptions of their sexy times is so tame!!
