i bought this as a soon as i saw it was out. i’ve been waiting 3 years for this book; i’m so excited

their conversations feel less like two people talking, really listening to each other and responding to what the other is saying, and more like two people determined to say their lines regardless of what the other says. it makes them so difficult to follow, because point a does not lead to point b, it leads to point f which roy started this whole conversation just to say, but which doesn’t make sense as a reply
