Anyone can improve executive functioning, so I like this didn't delve deeply into ADHD, but was a bit broader.

I looked over the critical reviews on Amazon and one person said this seems like it was written by an academic studying executive function disorders (like ADHD) but doesn't have any. That this didn't help them.
So I don't know how helpful this would be for someone with a diagnosis.

I like this. First time I learned about exeutive functioning was in my cog psy class. There are no citations in this book, but everything is rooted in cog psy, the author has good credentials, etc.
...This was a nice refresher.
