Since the new cast isn’t apart of a”formal” music club, the majority of their interactions are focused on learning instruments, playing music together, and just bonding together as friends. I feel like since “K-ON” is in the name of the series people expect the manga spin-off to be as grand as the original, but reading this felt like a new series of its own. I like it! :] The execution could be better tho

The art style is really cute, but the pacing is a bit…. iffy

I feel like the spin off would’ve been done a lot better if it was NOT in the 4-koma format and that there were longer chapters

Cap 4 y 5: Las chicas consiguen sus intrumentos, hay algunos chistes legítimamente graciosos y me gusta los paralelos que puedo trazar de Yukari a mi infancia aprendiendo percs.; Introdujeron también a Karin, ojalá la veamos más.

Cap 3: Algo de trasfondo de Maho y sus inseguridades, las chicas le ayudan.

Prólogo + Cap 1 y 2: Es la segunda vez que leo estos, pero ahora en físico. Me parece una buena intro algo distinta e interesantemente conectada al K-On original, al ser estas ahora la inspiración de 2 de las protas (Yukari y Kaede) y una que se llevaron de arrastrada (Maho) solo por estar sentada entre las dos en el salón. Ahora toca salvar un club (por Riko) de ser cerrado mientras deciden (o fuerzan) sus rol.
