I love Henty's Theyre always just like.... theyre so nostalgic for me. Make me recall why I love history so much.

Montepone's explanation of how his astrology practices work makes me feel a little more comfortable with the concept. I'm still trying to track if Henty is condoning it or not. Which could be something I am concerned about in future.
But, to be honest... He pulls a lot less from the "stars" than he does from being apart of all the scheming factions among the Parisians.

And since the plan is to re-cover this one and republish it... Well... Lets just say I am getting more ideas. I do with Getcovers had an option that allowed for more graphics though.

HERES THE HENTY I KNOW AND LOVE!

Always gotta push through the first... Oh... 80 pages or so and then it starts to get good. I remember this itallian dude who was into astrology but I forgot that he actually believed that it worked. Im wondering if Henty doubles back on that. I read all of the Hentys I had access to at least 3 times each but as a really young reader I didnt retain as much little detail as I thought

Nostalgia... this might be my 8th read... although I didn't tell goodreads that.

Not sure I like where this is going . . . fortune telling and astrology are from the devil and not something I want in my books. Might DNF it, we'll see.
