CONFLICT: What happens in this book, is that Greg Heffley helps his brother's band "Loded Diper" become a rockstar band, but they trying to figure out what should they do next. Their ideas mostly fails and they even lost the battle of the bands. So the conflict in the book is either character vs society because people don't like their music, or either character vs self for have no idea how to make the band famous.

PREDICTIONS: The Rodrick's band (Loded Diper) will probably lose the battle of the bands because they barely even practice so my prediction that they are not gonna win the battle of the bands and their rival band called (Stank) will probably win the battle of the bands award.

The point of view of the protagonist Greg Heffley is his brother with his band members trying to make it to the stage/show to perform their songs. His brother Rodrick Heffley asks him for him to become a "roadie" for them which basically means someone who helps getting stuff and organize stuff.
