Decided to pick this up again because it's been so long that I forgot why I stopped reading it in the first place. Now I remember why...

Part one done and I think everyone is weird, The Hale family is suspicious, the town are crazy and on and on. The only one not crazy is the cat, but still a bit weird, was the fire set or an accident, I think Caleb is at fault, he does so much gaslighting.

Starting this while having 2 other reads in progress AND right after finishing a different thick ass book? Hell yea
