Honestly so cute, I think I’ve come to the conclusion that my favourite romances focus on more than just the two characters in a romantic connection. I feel like I really got to know every character in this book quite well and such a cozy read. Would def whip out again next Thanksgiving time

Idk man doesn’t seem super realistic to just up and leave a job where you are highly responsible (head pastry chef at a small inn) just because u find out some bad news. I hate this trope of the protagonist always running away from their problems like can we have a constructive conversation. Also you’re leaving your pregnant friend??? All seems a tad too self centred to me

I’ve rlly been on my girl leaves the big city for a quaint little town and meets a farmer during autumn book kick and not upset about it because it feels like living in a Hallmark movie. With that said I’ve been averaging one book every two days so might need to split it up with some more substantial literary fic. Enjoying this one quite a bit so far!
