Oh, so like I actually HAVE to put in the work for a self help book? 👁️👄👁️

Besides the repetitive writing (seriously, how often do you have to use the word “mindfulness”?), I did like the idea that we presumes negative thoughts because we’re searching for possible expressions that agree with that notion (a frowning face). We just need to tell ourselves that negative thoughts don’t define us.
