I am determined to finish this series this year, even if I do accidentally grab them in the wrong order.

I can’t believe it. What in the world did I just read? Ridiculous plot, utterly unbelievable and so crazy, and no romance. I just can’t. A total waste of time.

It feels like I’ve been reading this for forever. It is so unbelievably boring and dragged out. Just now learning major details and this far in and we’re still waiting on the romance. They’ve tried a couple times but interruptions stopped it. I’m just dumbfounded. This book has gone nowhere. What was she thinking??

Oct 8 busy day on vacation and didn’t have time to read.

Things are being done for convenience’s sake and it’s so irritating and annoying. It’s also so boring. They wonder what’s going on and talk about what could be going on and do nothing while they just think and talk. There is no plot. Need a change of scenery and some freaking action. NOTHING is happening, it’s insane!

Got some reading done on the vaycay. The most I’ve done so far. The plot really needs to pick up. Nothing is happening and it’s so boring. Needs some action asap.

Oct 5 Haven’t had much opportunity to read and it isn’t helping reading it in little spurts like this. An annoyingly overused attack ploy to enable the hero to be protective and I’m just not feeling it. Please be more original here on our and cool it with these 2.

Oct 4 Got some reading done on lunch. Soria is so strong. She’s an admirable heroine and I hope it stays that way. There’s such a unique element about her. Just stop rushing protectiveness and feelings and let it breathe.

Oct 3 pitiful progress. It’s stepping it up in that direction of feelings too soon and being protective too early and it’s getting annoying.

Oct 2 Not liking the direction it’s going in. I wish she had waited for some of this stuff.

Oct 1 It started with ridiculous feelings and thoughts too soon. It drives me crazy when the MCs feel these things upon first meeting each other and authors don’t take their time with it.

Sep 30 I’m really enjoying this so far. Didn’t make much progress but I like the writing and heroine and storyline so far.
