In Washington Square, we follow Catherine’s situationship with clout chaser Morris from homey West 4th street to the oyster saloons of 7th avenue all the way to Europe and back. Excited to see what else Mr. James has in store

Turning the corner. Two more stories left and I'll be finished. The Turn of the Screw is 100 pages, but it's supposed to be awesome!

I'm getting there. Just finished The Aspern Papers. Only three novellas (and 185 pages) left!

Reading Henry James is slow going. It's good, but dense and not a page turner. You pretty much know where the story is going and are just waiting for it to get there. But hey, Daisy Miller and Washington Square are done, Aspern Papers, nearly so! At this rate, I think another month should do it!
