Status Updates From The Empty Trap

I was getting pretty mad. After a whole bunch of the usual romantic BS about simple-but-honest Mexican peasants there was a second love story. (Who buys this love-at-first-sight stuff?) But just now the story took an interesting turn, so maybe it's gonna be OK.

I really don't know how these guys can come up with this stuff.

Seems like the protagonist's forte is that he's just a prawn in a dangerous game of cat and mouse. Tenebrously comic.

Way too much poor-but-honest Mexican peasant stuff so far. We all know the score on those savages.
