I have completed the first half. And the first half was about all the mechanism in your body in a simplified way. This made me remember the anime Cells at Work, which also try to explain in a simplified way how the cardiovascular and immune system works.
And listening to this book but I had read recommendations that this book contains great illustrations.

It’s great and very entertaining, even though Demeter always jumps to more fun facts and absolutely interesting stuff. He also explains everything easy, using the daily life as examples. He for instance describes Macrophages as rhinos and Neutrophils as cows.
