The unbelievable character arc in this book makes me question the value of sinking more time into reading the rest of the series.

YET, some part of my brain dictates that I need to know how the author wraps up everything, so I’ll finish. Is it wishful thinking to hope that she actually kills off this character (and soon) so that their now pathetic POV ends, or that she’s able to write a believable redemption?
