If I never have to read the words ‘wet leopard growl’ again in my life, I’ll die happy. Dan Abnett is one of the best Warhammer writers, but his idiosyncrasies of over describing human beings in a story that’s meant to be about space marines, and the most cringe inducing space marine faction, makes it a race to the bottom. Conceptually I was not a fan, there was enough to keep me interested though.
