love the sister dynamic. so far author is really good at drawing you in quickly

...Ryan had just said he loved her.

"Do you know why it's hard for me to look at you?"
"I don't want you to come back here."
"It's not because of how you look."

..."I can't look at you because this is my fault."

"I'm a little worried you won't be able to read the subtitles on my laptop. Last night when I was practicing to see if I could read it aloud to you... let's just say it wasn't pretty."

"I'm here to be your entertainment. Wanna see a magic trick?"
