Status Updates From The Bark Covered House

Chapter 27 was really compelling about how many lives have had "the blackness and creeping moss of time have hidden their names from earth" and how few of these people have been handed down to us in history.
Even my own grandparents, such a short time ago, are in many ways a mystery to me and will be even less so to my nephews and non-existent to the next generation.
