somehow its so much more unbearable and much more interesting than the last book, but im only just beginning. im kind of rlly excited to see what venus will be like

I have a lot of thoughts about God sending a man to another planet to kill Satan when violence is a mark of the Fall and is inherently evil!!! And I have a lot more thoughts about the fact that Adam can barely be looked at because he is the image of God but Eve can be looked at, but most of those come back to me begging to be seen as a primary image of God, not secondary, and are largely upsetting!
