Status Updates From Greece, The Cookbook

Omg this book is so gorgeous I could cry
Not tons of photos, but those that are there show classic Greek scenery.

Am paging through & recipes are bang on; this is the Anna Del Cona or Julia Child of Greek cooking - simple, flavourful cuisine.

I know it sounds ludicrous to be "reading" a cookbook but I've decided to cook everything in this book from page 1 to page 676 and every section comes with an essay on historical and regional details. So this is going to be a big project for me - but hopefully fun and delicious!
