Status Updates From School of Instructions: A Poem

WILD BUTCHERY OF SOULS BLOSSOMED IN THE DESERT.

Whilst there are sections that read more like plain journal entries, there are also some passages presented as a corolla of petals under the moonlit sky… I’ve gotten lost in two pages in particular, reading and rereading them and still wanting to bathe in their rich and complex imagery when I return from the frontline

Oh this reads sharp with the escalation of Israel's ethnic cleansing of Palestine. King George gave permission for the West Indian volunteers to engage in combat during WWI. However the military refused to allow them to fight white soldiers. So they sent them to fight the Ottoman empire in many places including Palestine.
