I’m using this book to get to know myself as a character. Even though it spends a lot of time explaining how a person’s personality is too complex to categorize, it still feels like a good starting point for understanding myself.

I have had this on my self for about a decade. I don't know why I bought it and have spent very little time with it.
This book is delightful and while I would not use it all the time I can see its value for understanding nascent characters.

The book's authors, "We are the most interested in sex and the implications -sexually speaking- of a character's every action."
Me, "Mind if I completely ignore that at all times? No? Good."

Honestly, reading this book is less like reading and more like mucking about with a character in your head for the giggles. But I think I've got a character better suited to more of the scenarios than last time I went through (parts of) this book.
