Status Updates From Το κουρδιστό πουλί

The novel is more interesting now that it's picked up more pace. I don't understand the plot completely or the sub-stories, but I do think it will slowly come together. There are a lot of references to WWII from the perspective of Japanese soldiers which is interesting especially when I am able to compare it to the many American novels I've read about the war.

One moment we’re in a well trying to make progress and then we shooting animals. Bruh. Pace needs to pick up ain’t gonna lie.
