Oh, boy…

I did watch the movie several times when I was a kid. This book HAS to be satire. I know Dylan is written to be a spoiled, selfish, Beverly Hills brat. She does and says shit completely out of pocket. HOWEVER, Josh isn’t any better. I don’t feel he’s the character we’re rooting for. He’s just as insufferable.

So far, this reads like a commentary on early 2000s Los Angeles culture.
