Maybe b/c this book is from 2009 but so far, he's not saying much I haven't heard.

Could not finish this book. The writing was too technical and difficult to read.

We stand a better chance of remembering a price of $9.12 than a price of $8.57 bc it has fewer syllables. Every extra syllable in a product's price decreases our ability to remember that price by 20% bc the brain's phonological loop cna hold only 1.5 to 2 seconds of spoken information.
