DH is going to be so excited when I tell him I want to clean out the storage room in the basement and turn it into a root cellar!! He's been trying to get me motivated to throw out all that junk for the past five years. If only he knew that it was as simple as starting a garden. I'd venture a guess that he's not going to be so excited about building more shelving though...
