Next in the book he was talking about how he had to be confident in himself and his teammates to succeed. He always brought his teammates up with him and not just himself. He also talked about how he tried to shoot about 500 shots a day.

The next part of this book was when he started to talk about his collage University of Arkansas at little rock. He also talks about how he stayed there for 4 year before heading to the NBA. He was a good student and studied hard before he practiced.

In the next part he talked about school and how he really liked a teacher because she came and helped him. He also said that he always shoots his free throws from the middle of the court and lined up on the nail. He was telling us what he would always do before shooting and to follow through.

So far in my book Derek Fisher has talked about how he was a decent student in class and how he couldn't just focus on basketball but he also had to focus on more things such as chores and school. He also talked about how he had to play his part and do his turn. For example he couldn't just play with his brother but he got the ball and got to dribble a bit. He also talked a lot about discipline and why it helped him.
